Help me make a Kreyòl (Haitian Creole) reel for Instagram.

What I need
1. The script, in Kreyòl: catch attention in the first 3 seconds, then the message, then one clear call to action. Write numbers, prices and dates the way people say them.
2. A scene-by-scene plan: for each scene, the words spoken, what is shown on screen and the text on screen.
3. A title and a post caption with 5 hashtags.
4. The voice-over: send the script to Lambbi's text-to-speech API (POST /api/tts, header "Authorization: Bearer <my Lambbi API key>", JSON {"text": "…", "voice": "female1", "model": "v3"}). It returns a WAV file; send at most 1,200 characters per request. The API is described at /llms.txt. If you can't call it from here, give me the exact request to run.
5. Put it together: a 9:16 video with the voice-over, the scenes above and captions burned in, exported as MP4.
